Flu Shots

James has been having some kind of issue with his diaper being uncomfortable on his boy parts lately and whenever he is getting his diaper changed, he squirms around and says, “My pee pee’s ouchie Mommy.” We’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on with that but everything looks okay, so we haven’t been too worried about it. Then, yesterday we all went and got flu shots. Everyone got them in the arm except James who got his in the leg. When we got home, I took James in his room to change his diaper and he said, “My pee pee’s not ouchie anymore. My weg’s ouchie.” This has continued for every diaper change today, too.

One more quick story from this week: Yesterday, after we took Mike some lunch, Mike was saying bye to James and James said, “Bye Dad. Be good.” We had a good laugh and realized that we’re always saying that to James.
